Management Team

Mr Choong is overall responsible for the company’s Human Resources function, including strategy, governance, policies and operations. He supports the Nominating and Remuneration Committees of our portfolio companies, and partners their leadership teams to create value through human capital management. He is also the HR lead for M&A activities.

Prior to joining FFH, he held a number of senior leadership roles, including HR Director of Southeast Asia at Essilor International, Head of Strategic Human Capital and Learning & Development at Health Sciences Authority, and other global and regional business HR roles.
